Hello Everyone,
Linda is doing well this morning, she is sitting up and eating! She wants to be out of ICU in the worst way but the dr.'s have to confer this afternoon and all agree that she can go to the step down unit, so we'll know later today where she's going. She had some difficulty last night with the swollen left arm but it seems to have improved overnight. She also had some difficulty with a reaction to some medicine but that too has resolved itself. So, now she sits with the hope that she can be moved out of ICU where it is difficult for her to get enough sleep. Thanks again for the comments and e-mails as usual, Mandy will be reading them to her this afternoon. Luckily the computer system in the hospital is functioning today and allows us to blog from within the hospital. More updates later! -John, Mandy, and Emma

ReplyDeleteI just got back in to town after having been gone to Kate's graduation for four days. I'm so glad to hear all is going well. It's amazing to hear how much has happened in a few short days! You're already on the mend. Keep eating, get lots of rest, and I will keep checking on you!
